A notable Tamil Writing of Sourashtra Community, M.V. Venkatram. In memory of his work, Avraam Ami and Atiti trust conducted a M.V.Venkatram memorial Short story writing competition.
After all participants story assessed, Final prize distribution function held at Sourashtra College Madurai. Editor of Dinamani (Tamil Daily) Mr. Vaidyanathan was Chief of this function. Avraam ami trust Devaraj gave welcome address. Three prizes was distributed for young writers who gave write-up on physically challenged persons abnormal abilities.
Principal of Sourashtra college R.L. Ramnath, Sourashtra women's college Principal M. Mekala, Sahitya academy awardee Dhata. Subramaniam, Prof. T.K. Subramaniam and many are parcipated as guests.
